One story 4 bedroom, 2 bath house, located 2 blocks within walking distance to beach access. Our comfortable house sleeps 8 with an additional Queen size pullout sofa bed. A Spacious, open floor plan and easy flow, with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. After a full day at the beach, come back to the house and enjoy sitting on the back deck. Enjoying your favorite drink, watching the Egrets and Blue Heron roost on the tree lined fifth tee box of Ocean Point Golf course. There are daily visits from our Fripp Island Deer, and on occasion you will have a white Egret visit you on the back deck. A sight to be seen. Come on down for a laid back week on our beautiful white beach of Fripp Island.
AMENITY CARDS are available with the rental, you may purchase these cards from us, for $50 per person for anyone 13 years and older from Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day $35 for four nights stay and $25 for three night stay.
The Amenity cards are used for Fripp Island Resort facilities, Restaurants, two golf courses, Marina, Tennis courts, Food court, seven swimming pools.
Include with your rental, use of a four seat golf cart, beach chairs, cable TV with sound system, DVD player. Smart screen TV”s for your streaming. Also available sand toys, Boogie Boards, and skim boards for your use. Pick your spot on on Fripp’s Island’s 31/2 mile unspoiled and uncrowded beach just waiting for your footprints in the sand

The house sits beautifully among the palm trees and foliage of Fripp Island. It is part of the ocean point golf course community.
The Great Room
The great room at Ocean Point features relaxing couches with lots of natural sunlight. It opens to the deck, has a 55″ Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure.
The Kitchen
The large kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. It’s perfect for preparing large meals while you still entertain. There are 2 barstools and a breakfast bar.
The Dining Table
We have large dining table for everyone to gather around to talk, eat, and laugh.
The Master Bedroom
The comfortable master bedroom features a flat screen TV and a spacious bathroom.
The Twin Bed Room
The Twin Bed Room has 2 beds with single size mattresses and there are chairs to watch TV or play video games.
Deck Seating
The seating on the deck is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink or catch up on your reading.

The beautiful Fripp Island beaches are only a short distance away and are easy to reach by walking, golf cart, or bike.
