This fantastic 4 bedroom 3 bath home is all on one floor. With a spacious open floor plan and easy flow, it has a well stocked large kitchen for all your cooking needs. There are three eating areas, two large dining tables and 4 bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar.
After a sun filled day at the beach come back and enjoy our spacious deck and screened porch. Relax with your drink of choice and listen to your favorite music on Bluetooth system. While cooking on our new Kitchen Aid gas grill, there is a large cooler that you can fill with your favorite drinks. After you have eaten, sit back and enjoy our new patio with a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs.
The great room, that opens to the deck, has a 65″ Flat Screen TV for your viewing. Each bedroom has its own TV. The Bunk Room has 3 bunk beds with single size mattresses and there are kid size chairs to watch TV or play video games. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs for your enjoyment. Take a book and relax.
Amenity cards are not included with the rental, you may purchase these cards from us, for $50 per person, for anyone 13 years and older, during the season, Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day they are $35 for 4 night stay and $25 for a 3 night stay.
The Amenity cards are use for any of the Fripp Resort facilities, Restaurants,
7 swimming pools, Tennis, 2 golf courses and food court.
Included in your rental are two gas golf carts, a 4 seat and a 6 seat golf cart, for your enjoyment riding around Fripp Island. Beach chairs, Cable TV, and sound system. Smart Screen TV for your streaming. We have a Ping Pong table for your family tournament, a Foosball table, and have a basketball shooting game to have a family contest.

The House
The Wearhouse sits beautifully among the palm trees and foliage of Fripp Island. It’s 2650 square feet with an open floor plan and comfortably sleeps 16.
The Great Room
The great room at The Wearhouse features relaxing couches with lots of natural sunlight. It opens to the deck, has a 65″ Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure and a fireplace for those cool nights.
The Kitchen
The large kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. It’s perfect for preparing large meals while you still entertain. There are 4 barstools and a breakfast island.

We have two large dining tables for everyone to gather around to talk, eat, and laugh.

The comfortable master bedroom features a flat screen TV and a spacious bathroom.

The Wearhouse’s deck looks out onto the Ocean Point golf course and features a large gas grill, a large cooler for your favorite drinks, and a Bluetooth speaker system for your favorite music.
The Fire Pit
The fire pit looks out onto the Ocean Point golf course and has several large, comfortable Adirondack chairs for long visits by the fire.

The seating on the deck is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink or catch up on your reading.

The game room at The Wearhouse features a foosball table that will allow you to prove who’s the champion in your family.
