This Three bedroom, three bath home is situated on the 1st Fairway of Ocean Creek Golf Course. It’s in a PERFECT LOCATION that is, centrally located to everything on the Fripp Island! The white sand beach is a 3 minute golf cart ride away! The Cabana Club Pool, the Marina and restaurants are a short ride away.
The cottage is considered a 3 bedroom with a Bonus Loft also has three bathrooms. The Loft provides much needed extra living space. This delightful home will sleep 10 comfortably. It comes with many beautiful upgrades like Heart Pine Wood floors, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a large tiled master shower as well as an updated new decor.
The main floor has an open Kitchen/Dining Area, as well as the Main Living Area. There are 2 Bedrooms with their own En Suite Bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Bunk bed with a Full mattress on top and a Queen on the bottom, with another Full Bed in the room. Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen size Beds.
Upstairs, you will find the Loft Area, The Master Bedroom and Master Bath. The Master Bedroom is spacious, has a King size Bed.
The lounge area is also on the loft, where you can read a book, or have the kids hang out and watch TV.
Off of the main floor is a large screened In Porch with a stunning tropical palm view of the 1st Fairway on Ocean Creek Golf Course. It is really is breathtaking!
Outside the Porch, you will find a seating area to sit around a cozy gas firepit and enjoy your favorite beverages.

There is a 4-Seater Golf Cart for your convenience and pleasure.
You can purchase amenity cards that allow access to all of the Fripp Resort facilities. All of the pools, tennis courts, golf and dining choices, as well as exclusive resort excursions etc. Pricing for Amenity Cards are 50.00 pp for the week during peak season,(memorial day to labor day) and 35.00 pp for the week during the off season, (after labor day up to memorial day).
There are also several beach chairs provided.
