Home Watch & Property Maintenance

Basic Safety Service Package Includes:

• Verify that all doors and windows are properly secured to prevent break-ins.
• Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.
• Visual inspection for signs of insects and/or rodents.
• Check that Heating and A/C is working properly and reset the thermostat.
• Run faucets and sink disposal, flush and clean toilets, pick up any bugs.
• Check electric panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric water heater breaker is turned off.
• Visual inspection throughout property including the garage.
• Walk exterior perimetter of single-family home to check screening, signs of vandalism, etc.
• Home Watch Inspection Checklist Report completed during each Home Watch inspection.
• IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of any abnormalities found.

Many things can go wrong in 30 days in an unattended property.

We strongly recommend 2 – 4 inspections per month.

A detailed Home Watch Inspection Checklist Report is completed during each inspection, displaying the condition of your property along with the date and time the inspection was completed. All of our Inspection Checklist Reports are promptly sent to you via email.

Coordinate Repair or Maintenance Services (give access to vendors)

Coordinate Cleaning Services (give access to cleaners)

Package Delivery or Pickup

Open & Prep Home for owner and guest arrivals

Close Down Home after owner or guest departs

Do walkthrough with renters before and/or after rental periods

Pressure washing of house, driveways, and walkways (conditions may apply )

Hurricane Shutter Installation & removal

Pre-Storm Preparation Assistance and Post-Storm Inspection

Labor $40 per hour
